you CAN NOT EAT BREAD PASTA PASTRIES POTATOES RICE SALAD FRUIT AND VEG NO JUNK FOOD OR SOFT DRINK UNLESS SUG FREE OH AND NO MILK
BUT you CAN EAT RED MEAT CHICKEN CHEESE MAYONNAISE HAM CREAM BUTTER AND EGGS
IT DON'T SOUND VERY GOOD BUT MY FRIEND DONE IT AND HE LOST A STONE AND A HALF IN 4WEEKS IT IS HARD BUT IF you REALLY WANT TO LOSE THE WEIGHT you WILL STICK TO IT
ah! I've got the same issue!!! I have a pool party on saturday so im freaking out!
Ok Don't eat any ice cream (as tempting as it is) np packaged foods unless its like a packaged granola bar or something. Stick to small meals like maybe an applefor breakfast low fat yogurt for mid morning snack. a salad w/ low cal dressing for lunch and another healthy snack then dinner. And excersise as much as possible. Swim if you can, go for a walk. do crunches while watcing tv. And drink a ton of water for like the first couple of sdays thats what im gonna do. Good luck!!!

I need to lose as much weight as possible in five days. What can I do that won't make it look like I've got an eating disorder?
