dont just stop eating do lots of exersise and eat balenced meals
drink a lot of water
eat a lot of fruits/veggies
excercize at least thirty minutes a day
try not to eat any unhealthy foods/read how much calories something is before you eat it
eat a lot of small meals so your not hungry all the time.

hmm well I would say if you want to lose weight find out your daily calorie intake
then burn off more calories then that and maybe eat a tad bit less calories. and make sure you eat all 3 meals. I heard its actually good to eat smaller meals and more like maybe 4 meals.
it takes 3900 calories to make a pound
oh and one more thing remember you dont lose weight fast its unhealthy to lose more then 3 pounds a week.
