I want to just tone up a little bit. Im tired of the same old crunches and what not.
What's a good excersize for love handles and a flat stomach that you can do at home. (Car is getting fixed so I have no transportation to gym.)
And also, a good...

excersize for your arms and back at the same time.

HOw about reverse crunches...their good to work your lower abs...

Running, doing laps around a place with stairs helps! also ridding your bike. Cardio is a great way of loosing fat but you also need the muscle to pull it off like in previous answers they gave the dumbells which would work great!
Just keep your mind focused on the goal and you will be able to reach your desired goal! happy
