Targeted weight loss (in this case, fat burning) is a myth. Fat burns evenly across your entire body, so the best method is to exercise your WHOLE body... with emphasis on your legs and core. Those areas have the largest muscle groups, and will burn the most fat when your heart rate is up.

Running, doing laps around a place with stairs helps! also ridding your bike. Cardio is a great way of loosing fat but you also need the muscle to pull it off like in previous answers they gave the dumbells which would work great!
Just keep your mind focused on the goal and you will be able to reach your desired goal!
