Dieting is not the fad diets, its a lifestyle. You can watch what you eat, take diet pill, and all of that other stuff, but what it comes down to is a balance. Eat smart, exercise daily, cardion and weights and you will be fine. In order to burn fat you have to increase muscle. Good luck and never give up on anything.
Have you considered exercising? Exercising is the most natural and effecient way to lose weight. Diet pills never work, the are just there for people to go and buy them thinking they will lose weight not trying. I don't know what your daily eating habbits are, but I'll just imply that eating healthy can improve the amount of weight being lost also.
try eating only one dessert a week, and exercise everyday, even if it means sitting infront of the television doing crunches.
But remember, before you can change anything about your self you have to learn to love it.
Size is just an number, and that shouldn't be the major reason you would like to slim down, do it for your future. Think of it as a change that will effect your life and take action.

Should i give up on losing weight?
Okay soo.. I am 16 years old and I weigh 194 pounds.
i have 36D boobs and my stomach is huge..
some people like it and tell me I'm average..
but i don't believe them..
am I overweight?
I think so.
I've been on every diet tried all the diet pills
and...
none of then have ever worked..
im getting ready to just give up.
