Switch to eating mostly veggies and friut with smaller portions of protien and even less of other carbs like pasta etc.
Start doing some of the things you want to do. Go clubbing and dance the night away ... dancing is a great way to lose weight. Try dancing even at home to music you love and keep it up for at least an hour. Then by the time you go to the club you will have the energy to go for at least an hour.
Start doing other active things that you like doing and try and ad something new before you get tired of your routine.
Good luck and stay away from the pills... I haven't heard of any that work.

Im 18 years old 11 stone and 5 foot 4 so pretty much overweight yeah?
i am on a diet now been 3 weeks and have not lost alot only abit from bust and its further down i can't stand, is the any way i can lose weight quicker?? i cant even stand going...
