Weight problem help please

Im 5,10 and Around 180 Pounds
Im 13 years old

im wondering what could I do to lose weight fast
I start 8th grade in a month

I want a girl to actually like me

I want to get a flat stomach and no man boobs

I run 30 min a day on the treadmill...

at the 6 mile per hour speed or something.. I dont know its tiring please help me

weight loss does NOT happen fast
it happens GRADUALLY
and it can take months to loose weight and see results
not hours, not days, not weeks...MONTHS
healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight
anything else will either damage your health
make you gain all the weight back and then some
or do both
so keep up exerscising
to start loosing weight work towards exercising for at least 30 minutes a day
and eat healthy
and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water
because there all full of sugar

I dont drink soda or anything like that.. I drink water but I went to germany and ate so much and I cant get this weight off.. I went there 3 years ago and stayed for 2 months and gained like 30-50 pounds

im sure with the the excersicing your doing now and the excersing you will be doing at PE you will loose some pounds. but also eat healthy.

I'm pretty sure Germany isn't the best place when it comes to food - there's too much good stuff there to enjoy. happy

Anyway, to lose a pound of fat you must burn 3,500 calories a day.
There are Seven days a week, so you must burn 500 calories a day, or eat 500 calories less. If you want to lose weight faster, you can eat even decrease the calories more, as long as you're careful. If you're eating too many calories, don't be drastic with your changes.

DO NOT eat less than 1800 calories. Please see a doctor so he/she can tell you if you need to lose weight, or if you just need to tone up a bit. Honestly you don't sound overweight to me.
