Its probably because before you started eating healthy and doing all the exercise, your body was use to getting lots of sugar and rest instead of the food nutrition it needed . So before your body was using the sugars to power your body , but now that your eating healthy and getting the exercise you need your body is changing and using the good food to power your body. Once you keep this up for longer your body will start to gain energy instead of becoming weak . Also you body is probably week because of the energy lost while exercising . If you start to feel dizzy stop the exercise and rest and if it starts to get worse go see your doctor.
Thats because you're doing too much too fast. Start with small goals. Just take it one day at a time. After the 1st day when you realise you've lost even 1 pound, you're going to feel so good. Don't look at it like...Oh no I've got to lose 10 pounds in a week. Just aim to lose a little each day. Do some aerobic exercise in your living room for 20-30 mins daily. Eat salads as main meals with baked potato, or 2 slices of wholemeal bread or a wholemeal roll. Snack on fruits, nuts, seeds.
