eat a healthier diet.
I watched a british program, and one lady list 2 stone (28 pounds) in 2 weeks by changing to a healthy diet. She used to eat a lot of bread and carbs, but now she eats a ton of organic fruits and vegetables with lots of fiber.
Also, I went on a vegan diet for a week and lost 6 pounds. I felt really good too... I felt really healthy.
I bet if you started eating healthy and participated in some light-moderate exercise, you could safely lose 20-60 pounds by august.
Maybe you should go through some of your pictures, find some that you hate because you look to big or whatever and keep them out so when you feel like you cant do it anymore you look at them and think, I can do this because I need to lose weight.
Because you said your really over weight, you should lose weight a lot faster than people who are at a healthy weight, which is really good. So aim to lose at least 2 pounds a week, but usually people lose more but only aim for something so little.
That's about 16 weeks to lose weight isn't it
So aim to lose 36 pounds in total, but if you are really commited to the weight lose then you should lose more than that.
So good luck, search the internet for healthy recipes and only each healthy! When you hungry and need to snack have an apple!
Do as much exercise a day! Even if its you sitting on the floor or a seat moving your arms and legs, I mean its better than nothing!

So...it is like, I am excessively overweight. I have a big tummy and a big round face. My arms are also really fat.what shud I do??? I am getting married in august..how can I loose weight before that. I cant go gymming as the doctor has askd me not ot do...
