doctors say that the heathy way of losing weight is to cut back 500 cals a day. so eating 1500 cals would help you lose weight at a healthy rate. exercise too! and don't eat after 7pm. your body doesn't burn a lot of cals during the night as opposed to the daytime. latenight snacking is a no no unless it is carrots, and no ranch.

What are some weight loss tricks?
What are some simple changes I can make in my diet, and how many calories will the changes burn?
Also, I eat about 2000calories a day...would eating 1300 help me to lose weight safely and quickly?
Also, this is not one of those questions asking how to...
become anorexic or bullemic, I'm just looking for some healthy diet+exersize changes that wont be too hard to stick to.
Thanks.
