Cut out carbs - bread is not your friend. Neither is pasta, white rice, potatoes or fried foods. Also soft drink alcohol - It will make you bloated and sluggish. Eat colourful fruits and vegetables which are full of antioxidants and will give you energy to keep up. Get your body moving every day, even if its just dancing around the house to your favourite music. The more you move the more fat you burn. Also the more muscle your body has, the better it is at burning up fat, even at rest. Do weight training. Look up videos on you tube on using weights - they arent just for men, women can do weights too. They make you healthy and strong.

Weight loss tips?
I had my son two years ago and am still struggling with my baby weight. I'm a size ten and would like to be near the 3-5 range. I'm only 5 foot, so I am obviously over weight. Any suggestions??
