How can i make myself throw up?

someone PLEASE tell me how to become anorexic.

what do you do once you starve for a while. then get hungry?

i've tried throwning up. it doesnt work. i am to the point where my eyes are crying buckets. and nothing is coming up. any suggestiongs. ive tried drinking water before. and stroking my throat.

i just did it 'totallyunknown' thanks, my whole days worth of food didnt get out, but at least some. not too pleasant, think im going to stick with just not eating. but if i do eat ill know how to do it now. THANKS SO MUCH!

It literally makes me sick to see all the young girls who are killing themselves to look like some ridiculously thin celeb.

There is nothing even remotely attractive about a bag of bones. Even worse is a bag of bones with the smell of vomit on her breath. Do you honestly think that guys consider those kind of girls attractive?

umm well about the throwing up, i asked the same question and someone told me that drinking some soda helps because of the.. bubbles ? erm.. yeah but the toothbrush thing DOES NOT work for me, it just ends up hurting the back of my throat.. try using two fingers by gagging yourself, thats what i do.. ohh dont forget the soda . nothing`s been coming up for ahwile because i've only had water with some of my meals . basically anorexia is just starving yourself to lose weight .. just don`t eat . something sorry i can`t be much more help..

i really need help with it. i'm ther to the point where im so close but i have a n automatic reaction to pull my finmgers staright back out! i've tried so many times! i don't know what to do! i dont have a thin enought toothbrush either! the lemomade/soda thing sounds like a good idea though!
once ure sick how do u stop ureself smelling of it?
and also how can u get rid of hunger pains and cravings?

heres what aorks for me
stick your fingers down your throat
and squeeze in your stomach
it makes it a lot easier
if you eat a whole lot
and drink a bunch right before you do it
and when you drinking try not to burp
i dont know why that helps
