it really depends on what your eating now a female is not suposs to eat more than 1600 calories a day so you need to lower your calorie amount if you are eating healthy food that has a calorie count of more than 1600 carlories than you are going to gain weight no matter how healthy you are eating so its not really what you eat it's how much you eat. I'm 137 and 5'9 which is in the right range I eat junk food a lot which I know it isnt good for me I just don't over due it.. a few tips are cut out the soft drinks it helps a lot. eat small portions and drink lots and lots off water the great thing about water is that it has no calories and a couple bottles fills you up and your not has hungry

Weight loss, help!!
Will eating salads, protien meats, yogurt, and slim fast help me lose weight if I excercise at least 3 to 4 times a week? Any health and food suggestions? Exercise routines?
