um..I agree with what the first girl said...you should be proud of how much you have already lost...but if you want just do a lot of cardio (running on the tredmill or just running anywhere)...and pilates tones it..it gives you abs and nice muscles..I just did 3 lessons and you could see some difference...but dont stress..you did awesome.
