You could work-out one day and run the next. or if you reaally want to push it you could (no joke) eat a tape worm then get a pill from your doctor and kill the worm though I reaally wouldnt try doing this. I'd go with the 1st answer.
how nutrisistem or how ever you spell it or jenny craigs or excercise
Answer this Question: "How to lose weight on a tight budget?"

How to lose weight on a tight budget?
I've looked into a lot of different websites and a bunch of different diet plans. I really want to lose 50 pounds eventually, because I'm 5'3' and 165 lbs. I know that is impossible in one month unless I quit eating, so my goal is 25 lbs in one month, just in time for Spring Break.
I know this is still pushing a lot, since most websites and plans are telling me its unhealthy to lose more than 2 lbs a week, but unhealthy isn't my biggest concern because I'm about as unhealthy as it gets right now...I right on the border of obesity.
I'm a college student with a very tiny [if not at times nonexsistent] budget. I need help, and I'm open to as much advice as I can get.
