Well I just looked at your picture and you're not fat at all.. you're average. But if you'd like to lose weight, try going for walks every day or exercising regularlly until your swimming season starts. Remember to eat healthy, and starving yourself is not the answer. 4o pounds is a lot to loose, but if you really think you need to then go for it !
yeh but thats what I used to look like I had anccident and I could basicly only eat and now I want to lose weight fast an advic?
you can easily do it
plan you could
watch your calorie intake
do your bmr which tells you how many cals you need a day and than sub 500 for weight loss.
and of course go walk for bout 30mins or so 4-5 days a week
and cut out fast food.. and you will do it
oh and soda if soda drink diet..
and you will do it
Read the book 'Body for Life' and follow it. I've watched a guy at work lose about 40 pounds since December doing that.
