Exercise 3times a week or more if you can, like running, swimming, crunches, lunges, squats. Even better if you play any sports. Cut out the junk in your diet, but allow yourself a treat every now and again. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies. Lots of lean chicken. Try and cut down on red meat. 1st. dont worry about the number on the scale
my advice is:
whenever you can, go outside and ride a bike, walk a dog, something like that :]
I found that going hiking helps. A LOT.
I lost like 10 pounds when I went hiking every weekend.
btw, if you eat any junk food, cut back. replace it with fruit or something like that
portion size is important.
dont ever try to starve yourself (im warning you now, you might be tempted)

this might be wierd but I've known it to work for lots of people, eat a really healthy and filling breakfast, a really big lunch and a small dinner, with small snacks in between and dont eat after 7:30 in the evening. try not to drink soda. tiny changes in your habits can make huge differences. if you feel a craving at night but your not really hungry, do something to entertain yourself like paint your nails. if you crave fast food drink a lot of water and eat some preztels, a craving for salty food might mean your a little dehydrated. if you crave sugar, make youself a pizza on an english muffin instead because the nutrients will get rid of your craving. maybe when you watch tv do crunches or jumping jacks during the commercials lol. First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn't gain your weight overnight so don't expect to lose if overnight. How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
