hey
you dont look obese, but to keep in shape and to generally make myself feel better, I just go for walks. start little at first, other wise with you having asthma you might find it difficult to breathe. once you are used to short walks, further the distance/or speed up abit. it can be difficult at first if your not used to it, but it gets easier. Also try to stay away from Junk food, eat a healthy breakfast, eg, wholesome cereals with semi skimmed milk, and half way through the morning, have a couple of healthy snacks, such as apples, oranges, which ever you like. the key is to eat little and often, eating 6 small meals a day would be better than eating two large meals a day. Drink plenty of water, if you find plain water boring, there are lots of flavours out these days, I like apple flavour and berry water the best.
I saw your pick if that is u. your not big so all you have to do is eat lots of fruit until you are full and dont eat anything else
http://www.gillianmckeith.info/ check out her website and try her 8 wk body detox. It takes all the bad nutrients out of your body. HOWEVER it's only for serious weight losers. All you can eat are the foods she tells you to eat and drink loads of water.
