Weight loss

okay so im in cross country and we run at least 7 miles everyday at practice and I have gym every day too which is an hour and a half so I get a least 4hrs of intense exercise a day and I can't seem to loose weight! im not obese or anything I just have a...

little fat on my body that I would like to come off and it won't I eat a healthy diet protein fruits and veggies and skim milk! any ideas if I have a medical problem or how to loose my weight?

Well if your doing the same thing each day your body gets used to it, just like when a person wants to tone their body they do different techniques each day they work out to target different areas. Maybe you want to do some toning or lose weight this would be your best way to go to a gym and use weights, different exercises you have never done, and target your areas you want to do most to, but don't forget to not wear yourself out and get your body and muscles used to one thing. I live with a personal trainer so I hear it all the time if you want to know any further info just write back. Hope this helps.

For Most the answer is low carbs. Eat what you do but cut way back on sugar and starch. The fewer the grams of carbs the better. Don't get hung up on calories. They mean almost nothing, Try it in spite of what others might think and see if it works.
