How do I lose dramatic amounts of weight fast?
I'm 14 and 151 and 5 feet 7 and a half inches, but I feel like I'm 973 pounds. I want to lose weight, and I want to do it fast. how do I do that?

theres no healthy way of losing weight fast. just eat smaller portions and try not to snack throughout the day. stop drinking pop if you are.

loosing weight dramativally could cause seriouse harm to your body and your health.
if you must, do it the healthy way
eat healthy and exerscise regurly. you dont see resaults imediantly
BUTR you will see them if you stick with it.
if your unsure were to start. buy a 10 min all over body work out video/dvd and start from there. do it once a dayif you can and then move up to a 20 min one or something like that.

well im 15 and when I go home all I eat is 2 pieces of celery,2 beets,and 2 cups of fruit cocktail...when I did that I lost 6 pounds in 2 days I was happy like omg I have to continue with this program.u should try it.

According to your Body Mass Indicator (BMI) you are within the mid part of your ideal weight range, but if you want to lose weight to the low part of the 'ideal weight range' you would be at 128lbs-135.

Either way you need to do a plan that you stick to and it is crucial esp. at your age that you consume a meal 3x a day including 2 healthy snacks in between.
