Weight loss
Over the summer I've gained lots and lots of weight. None of my clothes fit anymore and I feel like a fat cow. I want to lose at least 10 pounds by Aug. 11th, or by the beginning of Sept. And throughout the school year, I want to lose that plus 5/10 more...
lbs.
The thing is, I love food. And even if you tell me how many cals. to eat, I'll eat 2000 a day. But I'll excersise a whole lot if that's what it takes.
I'm 13 and last time I checked 135 pounds. Which feels like way too much. I'm 5'8 or taller. That may not seem over weight, but I used to be 120, and none of my clothes fit anymore. So I hate it
I know how to lose weight but I need help. Is there a way I can lose weight on the following?
--Inner thighs.
--Butt
--Hips
--Stomach
--Just thighs and legs
I know you can't lose weight by spotting, but is there an excercise that does all of these well? Or are there excercises that mainly trigger one or two of them?
