im 13 years old im about 55 1/2 (height)
I weigh 144 pounds; I want to lose some pounds so then I
cn be as skinny as those girls that every boy thinks has a great
and beautiful body;

Questions:

1. am I the correct weight ?
2. how do I lose...

3. how much should I lose ?

I hate when people be like you need to accept the way you are like HELLO!!! just fkin tell me how to loose weight damn...!!
anyway girl I want dha same thing but I lost 20 lbz by not eatin rice,beef,pork,anyjunk foods basically a lot of water and healthy foods ..YES its hard but youll geh use to eat and hey I didnt even excercise but den later after you loose all dhat weight your gunna have to excercise because it gehz harder everytime soo when you loose that first 20lbs den start excercisin. so loose the more fat! hope I helped ma

if tahts you in da pic, then you look really fit.
I am 13 and weight 128 p and look way fatter then you.that would mean that most of your weight is muscel.I know it gets annoying, because when people contsanly say' its just muscel' I get annoyed and put down.if you do regular excerise then you have nothing to worry about.
my best advice is to , pick a fruit or vegtable( it works for me) for each day of the week and if you like them chose them for more than 1 day. on that day only eat that fruit. and cut them differently, cut in diferent shapes so they seem a bit different,keep doing this for a while and you will loose weight.along with running or something.
the best fruits are
celery
apples
oranges
tomato
because they are extremly low in calories and you will work them off, by walking from classes and doing chores, even sleeping, letting the daily running or phyc=sical activity work down any fat already on the body
