you should consume 1200 calories a day and exercise 1 hour everyday
your daily means should be
4 ounces of whole grains
4 ounces of meat
1 1/2 cups of vegetables
1 cup of fruit
2 cups of dairy products
and 160 extra calories that can be used on junk, but make sure its less then 160 calories
drink 64 ounces of water
now with exercise
you should run, walk, play any sports you like
swim, just anything for an hour daily. its funner if you do it with a friend.
and for your stomach you should do crunches, sit ups, lef lifts and yeah that works really good. you need to be patient about losing weight because if you lose weight fast, you will gain it back again fast too. you should start to lose 1-2 pounds a week. and you will start to keep those pounds off and will feel better about yourself
