Weight loss

K so like the trainer at the gym said you can't be doing the same thing over and over.
He said you need to give your body a shock and you'll lose weight.

The first thing I told him was that I didn't want to gain any more muscle than I already have....

He said that was the first thing women worried about.

He said I had nothing to worry about and I wouldn't gain muscle BUT lose weight. Was he right?

Because he seemed really confident in what he was telling us.

Maybe he's right, I don't really know...

But, I was like... really fat... õ-o
And I lost weight by closing my mouth.
I don't mean go on crazy diets or anything... NO! That's stupid __

Talk to a profissional about it... Like a nutritionist or something.
He/she will give you the proper diet (or eatin' re-education as they like to put) for you.

It works! :]

Maybe eatin' healthy would make you maintin' weight...

But it doesn't mean you'll lose it...
(depends on the person)

Nutritionist aren't expensive at all...
I still recommend you to see one.
But if you want to eat healthy, do that. That's good too ^^

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
