So anyway an answer to your question: Try to eat healthy things but eat a lot - it doesn't matter for guys! You really need to exercise LOTS. do weights, sit-ups, press-ups and go for a 15-20minute run everyday! But seriously, afterwards eat a lot of healthy food! Oh and weight really doesn't matter for guys because muscle weighs more than fat! And you want to be msucly not skinny hun!

Just kidding. Sometimes I can be hard to get back on track after a cheat. You have to ask yourself which is more important, the cheeseburger and fries, or the weight loss. Stay away form the cheat days for a few weeks until you get your head right again. Start drinking more water. I read somewhere that sometimes when we think we are hungry we are actually thirsty. Drink a glass of water about 15 minutes before you eat.
And congratulations on the 40 pounds you have already lost!!! That is an awesome accomplishment!

Weight loss tips
I need some good weight loss tips...I was doing good for about a month or two I had lost about 40 pounds but then one day my sister took me to jack in the box for my cheat day and ever since that day I havent lost a single pound...havent gained any...
more but havnt lost any either becuase im counteracting all my hard work and exercise with bad foods...please help what should I do!!!
