What does optimal mean?
And does anyone know a site where I can check on my BMI etc?
just do a search for bmi calculator...
and optimal means a healthy weight (ofcourse this all depends, some people are naturally skinny, some people have a lot of muscle so they may be 'overweight' but fine...)

I know a lot of people ask this, im around 5'7 5'6 maybe... and I weigh 54 kilos...
Is this healthy?
