Weight issues

I know a lot of people ask this, im around 5'7 5'6 maybe... and I weigh 54 kilos...
Is this healthy?
If not, im looking to change my eating habbits...

I'd appreciate any answers, clean ones happy

just do a search for bmi calculator...

and optimal means a healthy weight (ofcourse this all depends, some people are naturally skinny, some people have a lot of muscle so they may be overweight but fine...)
