just keep working out. makes sense doesn't it, if you keepputting weight back on
make sure your not overeatingand you must exercise!!!MUST even if its just moderate walking or stretching
keep working out. That's the most important thing. Even if you just work out for 30 minutes that's enough. It doesn't take too long.
All it takes is these four words...
EAT LESS MOVE MORE
Follow this advice and you will loose weight.
(Please note that you are in denial --- 'I still eat the same and do same things. but lately I been lazy to work out. I never really work out.' You say you do the same things BUT LATELY don't work out. That is NOT doing the '... same things.')

For some reason, when I lose weight I can only stay that way for about a month before I gain the weight back. I still eat the same and do same things. but lately I been lazy to work out. I never really work out.
