Weight help!!

I love sunsets!! Asked by ciara14 about 1 month ago, 4 answers.

Im 13 and weigh only 79 pounds, but Im not the kind that only eat 1 thing a day, its just because I was born really small and weighed only 3lbs and 1 ounce. Does anyone know anything that will make me a little heavier fast? I wouldnt really care so much but I got turned down to be in a beauty pagent because I wasnt over 80lbs. Could you help me?

well you probably could've drank a pound of water to make weight. bummer. ok, well gaining weight is not only easy, but it's fun, too. if you work out, move your workout time to the evening. that'll slow down your metabolism. start drinking milk. not organic milk, real milk. whole milk. with growth hormones in it. -and chocolate. buy a gallon of whole milk, and a bottle of hershey's syrup. start eating right before you go to bed. that'll help to. you'll go to bed, and your body will just store all the food away as fat. you'll be whatever weight you want to be inside a month. live the dream.

'How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?'

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

You should weigh between 95 and 105 pounds to be at the 50 percentile for your age.
