Does the amount of water you drink each day have an effect on weight loss/gain?

Drinking water helps clean out your system.
If you cut out juice/soft drinks and just drink water, you'll feel a lot better, you'll lose weight, your skin will be healthier...water's just great. =]
The amount-- it's not like if you drink a gallon of water you'll lose 5 extra pounds.
