Weight??

I want to loose some weight and trim off some extra fat mainly on my stomach
Help?? What should I do?
I'm 15 5'6'' 130 lbs
Please don't just tell me I don't need to loose weight cause I don't plan on loosing a lot
10 pounds max
I just want to look...

a little better
Also I don't like how large my boobs are... Will exercise shrink them a little??
Help???

I'm 5'4 and I weigh I 126, on a good day, everyone tells me I dont need to lose weight, and I know I dont NEED to, Its just so I'm healtier, you know?

I'm not a good exerciser, so I just do crunches and sit ups when I can. any kind of exercise will make your boob size go down some, just burn calories. or, cut calories you know you dont need. and the worst kind of calories you can consume come from bread and pop,

I stopped drinking pop in august and I weighed 136, I cut out pop and now im down to 126-128

If you get on the mindset to be healthier, chances are you'll be healthier, just watch what you eat, and dont chug pop, Crunches/sit ups, and little bits of calisthenics! jumping jacks, stretching out your muscles and just running around, jogging, and maybe some brisk walking. (They like to keep us fit at band camp!) haha

bench press's might help yur boob problem but the healthiest thing to do to lose weight is to do 30 min of cardiovascular a day and drink lots of water,
also watch what yu eat [calorie wise]
