How much should a 13 year old weigh? I'll be 14 in september!
well, it does depend on your height. and ya, I think you do need to care about your weight. If you let it go now, it's gonna be ten times harder to lose it in 5-10 years. trust me. because you'll have a job to worry about and schooling, and a lot of other responsibilities. TRUST ME. I went thru it. if your slightly to majorly overweight, get fit while your in your early teens. that away, in 5-10 years, you'll be fit, and you will like working out and watching what you eat! so you will have one less thing to worry about while your working or in college.
I AM 13 TO AND WEIGH A LITTLE OVER 100 POUNDS . BUT MY FRIEND WEIGHS OVER 120 POUNDS , ANYWAYS AS LONG AS YOU THINK YOU ARE NOT OVER WEIGHT AND DON'T HAVE ANY HEALTH PROBLEMS FRON WEIGHT YOU SHOULD BE OK . ^_^
It depends on your height. But really... you are 13. You dont need to care about your weight. Go out & just enjoy life while you can.
I WEIGH 97 POUNDS BUT IM BARELY 5 FOOT. I DONT KNOW HOW THAT AFFECTS MY WEIGHT.
