Okay I was just wondering.. I eat a lot aday I weight 130 and im only 5'4 I feel fat... But anwyay I do eat a lot and I work at mc.donalds and thats not good either.. Umm.. So... If I cut back what I eat by a whole lot how long do you think it will take...
to lose weight for this summer... (I usually eat 3 set meals and like 5 or 6 snacks) (by cutting down I mean to like 1 or 2 set meals and like 2 or 3 snacks) not starving myself like a lot of these other girls want to do.. But cutting back.. Help me please!
