Scales are evil and very depressing for most. If you are healthy and like the way you look - I don't see the point in changing.

Dont Ever Ever pay attention to the scale! the scale says that im 148 pounds and I look like im like 120! (im not over exaggerating im just tall) but any way if you like the way your body looks than dont change. if you have a cute figure than you might want to reconsider changing it for a number that only you will see!

No, consider your height and whether you NEED to lose weight. People tend to want to lose weight or fat, muscle weighs more than fat. Tone your body up a little, you need to increse your protein, and then way you body fat will be 7% or less versus being 15% or more. Whatever you plan to do make sure you think it through and do it the healthy way.
