(im not over exaggerating im just tall) but any way if you like the way your body looks than dont change. if you have a cute figure than you might want to reconsider changing it for a number that only you will see!

Tone your body up a little, you need to increse your protein, and then way you body fat will be 7% or less versus being 15% or more.
