You can safely and realistically lose 2-3 pounds a week. All it takes is watching what and how much you eat. 3 oz, of meat, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish, loin type meats. Lots of veggies and fruits. Whole grain breads, rice, pasta and cereals. Low fat or skim milk and yogurt. Spreads instead of butter or maragrine, and cook, bake or broil your meats in canola or olive oil. Cut out sugar, high frcutose corn syrups, sweets, high sugar snacks like chips, fast foods, and fried foods. Cut out soda and drink lots of water throughout the day, and to top this off exercise, 4-5 times a week for at least 30-60 minutes, walk, jogm bike, swim, aerobics, weight/resistance training even dancing but you need to work your whole body! This is a guaranteed way to lose your weight!
