Whatever happened to exercise??
Basically the more you exercise, the more junk food you can eat. The less you exercise, the less junk food you can eat without putting on weight. If you want to loose weight, a combination of exercise and a HEALTHY diet is honestly the best way. Drinking lots of water also helps flush your body of toxins and increases your metabloism.

Don't listen to the first few!
If you don't already do this, these tips will help you lose a few lbs very quickly:
- Switch from regular sodas to diet sodas
- Cut out fatty foods, Salty foods and Sugary foods
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
- Don't eat after 7:00pm
So just watch what you eat, and you'll be fine!
First of all DO NOT GO ANOREXIC!! BIG MISTAKE!!... When you do not eat anything your body switches on to survival mode and then from that point on anything and everything you do end up eating will be stored as fat. I went anorexic for 3 months and lost 27lbs and then when I started to be unnaturaly pale, weak, have huge bags under my eyes and get sick continuously because my stomach acid was eating away at my stomach lineing I decided to start eating again and guess what?? I gained 10 more pounds then i lost. . . The best way to loose weight is to cut down the portions of your food so instead of eating 2 slices of pizza eat 1, drink lots of water and excersize. You dont have to exersize alot at a gym or anything just simple things like chores, walks and danceing...
P.S : If you want to loose weight cut down your pop intake and stray away from bagels.. 1 bagel = 5 peices of bread!!

and as I was once one-
I couldn't agree more.
it's a horrible feeling;
everytime I looked in the mirror all I could see was a FAT, UGLY person.
sometimes I still feel that,
but my friends and family helped me.
I wouldn't stop eating completley;
if you do, you feel weak and irrasponsable.
maybe,
just try and cut down on the amount of food you eat and drink water
