I am so glad you said that cutielover!!! People on here often say things like 'If I have to go anorexic then I will because I want to be stick thin', it worries me. To lose weight healthily exercise is the big key. Swimming, running, brisk walking, aerobics and cycling are good fat burners. Pilates and yoga are good for toning. You need to be consistent and do it daily/often to achieve lasting results. Also try to eat healthily and get a balanced diet including lean protein, wholegrains, fruits, vegetables and small amounts of carbohydrates.
