I am so glad you said that cutielover!!! People on here often say things like 'If I have to go anorexic then I will because I want to be stick thin', it worries me. To lose weight healthily exercise is the big key. Swimming, running, brisk walking, aerobics and cycling are good fat burners. Pilates and yoga are good for toning. You need to be consistent and do it daily/often to achieve lasting results. Also try to eat healthily and get a balanced diet including lean protein, wholegrains, fruits, vegetables and small amounts of carbohydrates. It is a good idea for weight control not to eat less than 3 hours before you go to bed. http://www.ahealthyme.com- if you go to the calorie needs section of this website and type in your height, weight etc it will tell you how many calories you need to lose a pound a week etc. Good luck happy
