It;s about losing body fat not body weight.You probably have a different body than them so you have to go about it differently.To lose the weight the right way you have to think of yourself like a bank,the more you put in the bigger the bank acct gets.So in other words keep a daily on how much you eat and count those calories.Cut down on how many calories you take in everyday and then you will have a plan .Burn more calories then you take in and you will reap the benefits.People who get less sleep tend to snack more.If your exhausted your body will crave more carbs to replenish energy reserves.Eat lots of salads and fruits.Also yogurt.There are 75% of Americans that are over weight ,its not just you .But the good news is you can change that.email me for more advise.Lawrence T
if you look like you weigh less than im guessing you could probably kick all their as*es so just threaten them or just make a joke before they can, also, again if you say that you look thinner than them youve probably got some killer abs, just show them that and say, yah, im so fat
what does it matter anyway? if you are able to do what you want to do and you are healthy, the scales arn't relevant.
we are all built differently, and the scales don't consider height, BMI or structure...
can you do what you want to do? are you REALLY bothered by your appearance? if not, then your weight shouldn't matter. and if they're your friends, it shouldn't matter to them either!
WELL COMMING TO ME OPINON YOU SHOULDNT CHANGE YOU JUST because your friends say your fat there not really your friend if they always constintly say something about your weight I dont think those are good friends and there skinny if there only 95 pounds and if there 13 and up there anorexic and you dont want to be looking like that

okay welll im having problems at school with my weight! I really dont like talking about it. well, my friends are always some how talking about there weight,
they all weigh around 95 pounds and I weigh wayyy more(127) than that
but you cant tell,...
because I look as if I weighed less. but because I have been dancing for about 9 years my body is built differently with more body strength,.. anyways if I tell them how much I weigh they would say something ling DAMN go on a DIET, or they would tell everyone how much I weigh. advice?
