You are heading to an eating disorder. It always starts with obsessiong with eating healthy but then it start with eliminating foods you love and sometimes goods you don't realize you need more of.
I think its because all day you are starving so when you get home you binge.
You need to listen to your body...go for the healthy food
when you eat balanced with grains, dairy, lean meat, some fat You NEED it or you wont be satisfied!, and fruits and veggies of course.
You crave food when your body needs something you need to figure out what it is or you will always be craving the Junk Food. It could be protein, or some vitamins or minerals. You don't want your body to eat eating itself, like your muscle and hair!
Hello again, Still asking questions about your weight, I see. Ok. Stop eating the candy, you have to stop eating that stuff. Eat at least 3 pieces of fruit a day. Drink 2L of water a day. Avoid foods that have a lot of fat and energy (read the food table thing on the back of products). Fat is fat and energy is calories.

Ok, I always say that I'm going to eat healthy, and I do it for a day, but then I can't no more. When I see my friends eating candy, I always ask for some. And I can't stop craving food. At home, I eat, and when I'm full, I still eat. I don't know why...
and I want to stop this habbit because I really need to lose weight. So please help. How can I stop eating so much?
