I weigh 140 and i'm 5'4, is that too much?

okay im sure you think this is bad but im 5'4 and weigh 140 is that wayy to much/. I dont look fat but the scale tells it all what do I do?

Just because the scale says so, it doesnt mean you are. I mean your bone structure has a lot to do with it right?

I think that's just fine. Better to weigh a little more than it would be to weigh too little.

actually thats not too bad. I'm 5'2 and I weigh 132. I wear a size 3-4 jeans. you're fine.
