I am a 14 year old girl who weighs 132 lbs I need to loose 20 lbs in less than 2 months what can I do I am very active help please!!!

if you're active then that weight is probably muscle and since muscle weighs more than fat, You're good!

if youre already active, it doesnt seem like you should lose anymore weight. just dont put on anymore weight...and you will be fine.

im 16 and I've weighed 130 lbs since I was like 13. you are FINE

it also depends how tall you are. If that's you on the photo, you look a fine weight to me. But why not work out your BMI and see how much weight you really need to loose?

I'm sure if you type 'BMI' chart into google or something it'll come up!

first of all if you think your so fat than why is your user name Skinnymini22? secondly if you are tall or got lots of mucle than your fine. third of all if that is your picture you are NOT fat!! you are very pretty and cute! and lastly why do you have to lose all those pound within 2 months? funmail me and tell me why. How to LOSE weight?

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
