try this! for every unhealthy food you eat do an exercise to burn the fat. do not starve yourself that makes things worse. like if you eat some doughnuts afterwards or when you have time exercise. do anything. run up and down the steps, do some sit ups, turn some music on and dance off the calories, walk around a lot (like up hills that works) get some exercising videos and work out. just remember that everyone is beautiful in their own way and you have to be skinny to be beutiful. There a lot of big females out there that people would die to be, it is all about the personality. and when people tease you tell that its old news you know that your overweight and there is no need for them to point that out. if they say it just tell them that it is old knews and its corney. atleast you are trying to do something about it! let them know that big is beautiful!
well maybe, its just how your meant to be, your size..im not big, or skinny..im just right..and I've wanted to lose weight but I've been told that its my right size for mr body, but yeah just walk everyday for and hour and do sit ups and everything like that, the main thing is to eat right which means cutting out junk food all together and drink wanter..im only 14 but hey I've been told this..so try!
I think it is all about proportions. If you just eat 3 well balenst health meals a day and work out. you will lose a bit of weight. I do situbs and run a bit and try out diferent classes to lose weight. I just can't stik to eating healthy and only 3 meals a day with no snakes. I us to beable to do it thought and it worked! but it is to hard for me now but I think you should try it out.

my parents are putting all these diets on me,,
like eat more but like have less @ each meal.
6 meals a day eat small healthy portions.
& its exspensive but they sighned me up for the local gym too.
