How to lose weight fast?

this looks most like me. Asked by breahbaby about 1 year ago, 8 answers.

How do I lose weight quick - I know its not healthy. but any advice ?

Here is the healthy way to lose weight:
Drink a lot of water.
Eat a lot of veggies/fruits.
Excersize everyday for at least 30 minutes.
Eat a lot of smaller meals, instead of three big meals.
Don't starve yourself, that actually makes you gain once you start eating again.
Chew a lot of gum. Usually when I am craving something really bad for you like pizza, I just start chewing gum and it makes me forget all about pizza. Yay!

Just try not to drink a lot of soda, and drink water. This will help is you normally drink a lot of soda. Hope that helpss. [:

Drink cold water, it automatically burns 100 calories. This is because your body tries to heat up the water and burns the calories in the process.

Eat about 7-9 meals a day but they should just be little protions and such things as fruit, chicken/steak, or veggies. Do a lot of cardio work, running and other stuff, for at least 30 mins-2hours. drink ice water instead of room temperature it burns more calories since your body has to heat it up. and you need to get a lot of sleep

Well the un-health way would be not to eat for two week and drink ton of water.

howerver

the health way would be to Excersize, eat a lot of veggies/fruits. and dont eat junck food.

thanks for all your advice - really helps. I don't know if I over due it? I run about 3 times a day. through the woods. I'd guess 2 miles there, 2 miles back. so thats a lot. whether its running or walking. and yeah I drink a lot of water. along with the only thing I eat is like salads. chicken. and fruits, so hope this works! happy

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
