Weight??

ok I already no I'm overweight...I've talked to my mom and my doctor and they both said I might need to lose some weight. so I need to know...how can I lose weight?..its summer so I can swim and stuff like that..but what are some easy ways to lose weight?

It's really about eating the right foods. Excersise will help too, but it only gets rid of 10% of your digested calories (MAX.) So eat good foods! The best thing to do is write down everything that you eat and you will be fine! Good Luck!

to start loosing weight work towards exercising for at least 30 minutes a day
and eat healthy
and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water
because there all full of sugar

easyiest way would be slow down on your carbs! just exchange foods out like cokes and sodas replace with juice or water and like fried chicken replace with grilled chicken and if you eat salad dont use as much dressing because it is full of fat!! just walk even if its laps around your house! dancing and swimming and being active will really help you!! hope my advice helps
