Weight

my name is dan Asked by dan41790 about 1 year ago, 5 answers.

So I need to lose 4 pounds, I gained it within 3 weeks..I feel like sh!t and I just cant seem to get rid of it. AUGH im so fat. =(

think of it this way, if it took you three weeks to gain the weight, you should allow the same time to loose it.

yes you could go on a radical lifestyle change, but that is not the answer. reduce the amount of processed sugars and saturated fats and increase your exercise a little, and it should come off, without having to starve yourself...

it's not a quick fit immediate solution, no you won't drop the 4 pounds in 2 days, but you will loose your weight in a healthy way that will lead to long term health, not just being thinner...it's NOT about being thinner it's about being healthy...

and four pounds shouldn't be concerning you that much, yes if your unhappy with it, change your lifestyle a little...but take it easy, and chill out about it...honest loads of fruit and veg, herbs spices and just have a healthy balanced diet and som moderate exercise everyday happy.

well by the looks of your picture your stomach is the same size as mine but this is after I lost 5 pounds lol that only took me a week just drink loads of water run a lot ditch the sugar snacksits actually not that hard and du abhs exercises off of youtube I lost 5 pounds easy in 1 week and im still going but its seemed to have slowed down

judging by your picture, you are NO WHERE NEAR fat. just don't pig out all the time, fatty foods are only good in moderation. if you're really paranoid about your weight, then try exercising loads. works for me.

Here are 22 portable and healthy snacks that make the list of dietitian's favorites:

Half a peanut butter sandwich on whole-wheat bread
Low-sugar, whole-grain granola bars that have at least 3 grams of fiber
Whole-grain crackers or whole-wheat tortilla with hummus or nut butter
A handful of unsalted or lightly salted dry-roasted nuts
Individual unsweetened applesauce with a few dry-roasted walnuts
Small apple with 2 teaspoons peanut butter or 1 ounce low-fat cheese
