By eating moderately and not over exercising...over exercising tends to trigger your craving for fatty, greasy foods and then you start binge eating
But I would say that a big no no is to skip meals...because your body just shuts down and goes into fat storing program where essentially anything you eat is turned into fact instead of muscle and therefore making it harder to burn off..
So just eat moderately, Exercise steadily and Dont skip meals don't forget heaps of water...skip the sugary, energy drinks too, their ridiculous

Watch what you eat...I.e. cut out junk food and soda. You'd be surprised at how much weight soda puts on people...and exercise. Cut out calories where you can. And take stairs instead of elevators, etc.
You can also talk to you doctor and he/she will be able to help you and answer questions.
