What's this webkinz error about?

I keep getting this error message Oope, I'm sorry. We cannot connect to Webkinz World. Please try back later for more fun and games. You are now being logged out...any ideas what the issue could be?

Ok i play webkinz alot I play from 11 surprised o am to 2:30 am see its abit crouded or maybe your computer cant load it I've had both problems. sometimes you gotta stay up really late or get up really early so I hope I could help.
