If the disk physically broke or shattered inside your optical drive, check that the drive still works. A disk that shatters inside a drive is rare, but can destroy a drive.

If you go to the Logitech website, they probably have a copy you can download. Or Google for it. But make sure that you check any download for malware before you run it.

ok I tried the site(logitech) and found software for other cams but not for my cam this is axactly the kind it is if this helps it's a logitech quickcam connect (E2500) v11.8
ps google didn't help either lol
