We like each other but he is playing games

There is the iissue, there is this guy that like me and I know that he does and I like him too but I am not sure if he likes me...He keeps telling me that he is going to come over to spead time with me, But never show up, I be reminding him, but still a...

no show. I had seen him yesterday and He knew that I am pissed off with him, he doesn't like it when I am pissed with him...I had told him that I am tired of him telling me that he is going to come over and never show up...and he started to laugh as if it was really funny...I know that he really likes me but he keep playing these games with me and I am so sick and tired of it...But at the same time I want him...I don't know what should I do?

well I dont know him but if he is just playing games but he does like you tell him that you would never have a serious relationship unless he could not joke as much and come through with his promises...trust me if he likes you like you like him he will stop in a heartbeat.
