How can I help my 15 year old girlfriend?

im 21 and my girlfreind is 15, we havnt yet had sexual intercourse as we are waiting until we are ready but she comes from an abusive household where she is hit and kicked regularly, what trouble would we be in if we ran away or would she legally be able to move in with me and my parents? sensible answers will b gr8ly appreciated.

okay..im not really sure about the moving in thing..!
but it is illeagal for you to have sex with a minor..wich is what she is..!
so probibly not..
but if you have a good enough reason like that..mabyy.
but get some more info..
because you dont want to get into some trouble that you cant get out of..like them taking her away from her parents and you never getting to see her again.

what trouble would you two be in? woah well apart from her parents murdering you, you'd probably go to jail for kidnapping a child. because that's what she is, a CHILD, an you're supposed to be an adult. it's absolutely illegal if she moved in with you, especially without her parents consent. what the hell are you thinking? it's time to grow up and stop creeping on minors.

If she is being abused in her home...get her out of there now. I don't understand why she is still there??? She must not stay there a minute longer. Being 21 and she 15 is not a great idea to be involved with her. There are legal ramifications with this age difference. But for the time being her safety is the most important. Children's services need to be called and the abuse needs to be reported...especially if there are are younger children also in the home. You and your mother know of the abuse, I'm not sure how you can allow her to be in such a home. Make sure she is out and in a safe place.

I feel that she should talk to one one her closest friends to see if their parents will let her move in with them...that'll be a start of gettin her out of an abbusive house hold..on the other hand you guys wouldn't be able to live together at this point...she's WAAYYY to young for you..I mean think about it...if anyone in her family finds out your real age..they can file charges against you and you could be in PRISON...so just make sure you guys do the rite thing for her sake..and yours
