Ways to do good in school?

I have always been on the b honor roll. My mom has told me in the past she would pay me like $20 if I made the a. I try really hard to be smarter and accomplish this goal, but I can never seem to do it....

Math is usually what gets me..

What can I do to be better? Anyone?

Try getting a study group together. Its fun and its a good way to learn too. Sometimes its easier to understand from a peer than it is a teacher.

Pay attention in class, ask questions if you are confused, take notes, study your notes later, do all of your homework, study before tests, go to tutoring, and get peer groups together. This should be a sure fire way to pass. The most important thing of it is, if you did all of that and you still are having trouble, talk to the teacher after class for help.

ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS IF you DON'T UNDERSTAND! I ended up with an f last year in math, because when my teach explained it, I never got it, and didn't ask, plus, I didn't study, so study...good luck btw- I wish my mom paid me 20 bucks if I got an A...lol

what you could do is pay attention to the teacher, ask questions about the homework, study for upcoming tests, sleep well, and consume a healthy breakfast the day of the test.

ok thanks everyone...and no she isnt giving me $20 if I get an A..or I'd be rich. she is paying me if I get on the A honor roll (getting all A's but you can have one B) at the end of the semester. I've only gotten on the B honor roll a lot (having all B's but can have one C). I'm trying to make the A
