bounce up and down in the bathtub.
In your hair I presume? I asked the same question a little while back and the person gave me great advice, it works great. After your get out of the shower, towel dry it so it's still pretty wet, take some styling creme or mousse and put it all over in your hair and then scrunch it then she said to dry it on low heat, do that or just let it dry normally but don't use a high setting on your hair dryer or really comb through it or anything, you'll screw up the waves.
Note: These are more little waveish curls. If you want big full waves, try something else.
Oh, your a guy, this makes everything more difficult. I have no idea.
lol depends on how long your hair is...If you let your hair grow out into the skater style it would prbly get wavy
go to a salon. or get a certain kit and do it urself!!
Theres a bunch of videos on youtube.com that'll show you how, like this one:

It's hard to say, not having a little more information. Are you refering to the wave that black guys have? I went to the link (above) and all I saw was a bunch of guys putting some kind of gel in their hair and then brushing it. That isn't going to make waves. No way.
I'm from the old school and I mean that literally. I was in Cosmetology school over 20 years ago but I still know how to make waves, only then, the only people that wore them were little ol' ladies, but it should be the same technique.
You do wash your hair and use a gel, but then you use your index finger and middle finger, manipulating the hair into 'S' shapes in a uniform manner. Then you attach special clips to hold the curl in place, dry your hair and remove them.
It's impossible to learn how to do this by just reading it though. I think you should go to a professional and have it done. There may be a special solution they use like a permanent solution.
After that, it's probably a matter of maintaining the curls by brushing (if your hair is very short). I would think that if your hair is very long, brushing might take the curl out.
